What's RAW food


Before a brief explanation about RAW food, I love to share this words......  just feel them to start..!

It's not only Greens and Oranges


Simply said, RAW food is based on fresh vegetables and fruits diet.  In broader sense of understanding, raw meat or raw fish can be included in RAW food, but here we are talking about RAW・living vegan foods = no meat, no fish, no dairy = non animal based foods.

 

When you hear " Vegan", you may imagine they vegan people eat only vegi and fruits... well, there're some more foods group such as nuts and seeds, grains, sea weeds and some raw food specific ingridients.

 

Using all these ingridients, RAW food chefs make miracle dishes.  Some of them are re-production of existing cooked food dish such as Lasagna , Nori-vegi rolls, green curry, tacos, pastas, and humbergs and some are RAW original dishes.  Either of them are unexpectedly and surprising delicious.
