Hakkoh (Fermented) Fruits Syrup workshop
with Almost wild peach pineapple from the Iriomote island.
In this specific environment we are just in, let's guard ourselves from The Virus with the power of fermentation and its microbes!!
Fermenting microbes keep undesired microbes from us in a speed of cosmic figure. In this specific time, we borrow their power and guard ourselves and love-ones by drinking self-made fermented enzyme syrup from in and out side of our body!
In MAY, we will work with very special Japanese Pineapple from the Iriomote island, where locates the most west part of Japanese
territory. (in fact much closer to Taiwan...)
Under the subtropical sun, almost-wild peach pineapples are grown lively and powerfully.
With these joyful pineapples which brings us a alive feeling, wouldn’t you like to make ”Only-one in the world= my own fermented
enzyme syrup"?

We will prepare 1kg of fruits in the class and will make about 1litter of fermented enzyme syrup.
Please prepare at your side:
pen and paper、apron、Container which is light blocking and 5 litter contents, ideally exclusively for fermented enzyme
syrup (upon requirement, we can provide the new one(20cm diameter) at the cost of 2860yen (incl)
The Class will be in bilingual ( Japanese and English )
