ガブリエル・カズン博士のレインボーダイエットを読み込もう！

Raw・Living food ライフスタイルは起源をヨーロッパに持ちますが、アメリカで大きなムーブメントとなりました。　何人もの有名なローフードシェフが素晴らしいレシピ本を出版しています。　残念ながら、まだ、あまり和訳されていません。　それなら、英語でやってしまおうではないですか！！というのがこのクラスの主旨です。　英語を習いながらローフードも習おう!もしくはローフードを習いながら英語も習っちゃおう！という感じです。

毎レッスン、英語（他の言語でもいいのですが）のレシピを取り上げて、インスピレーションいっぱいのローフードを作っていきます。実習タイプのレッスンですので、皆さんで作ってランチとしていただきます。

ローフードの基礎テクニックをお持ちの方が対象です。　ご相談ください。

和訳、日本語での説明もいたしますので、英語がちょっとという方、また、逆に、あまり得意ではないけど、挑戦してみようかな？という方も、楽しんでいただけると思います。

＜レッスンフィー＞　1レッスン：5000円

      <For English speaking person>

This class will be done in English, partly in Japanese.  We work on recipes from weｌ-known RAW specialist/chefs (recipe) books in English.

This class is targeted to whom has already a basic RAW cooking techniques.

The new class starts on 17th April (Tue): featuring Dr Gabriel Couses book " Spritual Nutrition & the RAINBOW Diet".  The book is only available as second hands.  The studio can provide you with a copied texts per sessions.  We will study this book together with a recipe book featuring the RAINBOW DIET　” Green-Live rainbow cuisine".    I am very certain that this class will be something very special.  Join us!!  Please click here to see the detail of classes starting on 17th Apriil 2012.  

<Lesson schedue>

1 season=6 months, once a month, on every 3rd Tuesday of the month starting from 17 April (Tue).  11:00 ~ 13:30

 <Lesson fee>5000 yen per session.

<Opening special bonus>when you register for the whole season in advance, as an opening gift, we will offer you one lesson free, so you would pay 25000yen, instead of 30,000 yen.
